Sukshma Vyayam 1 – Light Yoga Warm-up Pose 1

This is the Light Yoga Warm-up Pose 1 in the 7 Yoga package – Sukshma Vyayam segment.

How to do

Sit on the floor with legs straight on front side Relax on your hands behind Stretch your foot towards your body and away from body. Do this 4 – 5 times.

Make a circle with your foot clockwise and then anticlockwise. Do this 4 – 5 times.

 

Benefits

  Flexibility in the foot joints and muscles of legs. Reduces Extra weights from legs.
