Sukshma Vyayam 5 – Light Yoga Warm-up Pose 5

This is the Light Yoga Warm-up Pose 5 in the 7 Yoga package – Sukshma Vyayam segment.


How To Do

Hold both your hands with each other behind your head. Alternatively pull one hand with the other towards one side of body. Do this for 1-2 minutes.



Reduces fatigue. Beneficial all joints in hand, neck and shoulders.
